It has been a great app so far, no issues and easy to use!

The app crashes as soon as I opened it. Several times have I tried and nothing better.

I love play books! They have such a wide variety of books at range of prices! Its affordable enough to buy a book a day!!

Select titles stop opening or cut off text. Google tech support personnel untrained to resolve problems with google play books app on iPhones. Malfunctioning titles deleted from google play books library on iPhones are not replaceable. Requests emailed to google customer service to receive a functioning copy of a malfunctioning title are ignored. Google customer support drops calls. Google automated refund system rejects valid refund requests and requires manual override by customer support personnel. (To obtain my refund for a malfunctioning title, I had to call customer support three [3] times. Customer support had to call me back three [3] times.) Tone of service of google customer support personnel is very good; but google customer support personnel lack the training and tools to resolve problems after the sale. Buyer beware.

They should add the read aloud feature for iOS like they have for android.

I bought a book. The book downloaded ok but the circle keeps turning and never shows any words. I have downloaded other samples and they are ok. I need a refund on this book.

You can access for free all of the great classics in all disciplines up to the early twentieth century. What a great gift for humanity! Victor Lee Burke

Favorite in comparison to iBooks and kindle. No problem downloading, no problem picking up where I left off on a book from another device. Plus google play discounts are pretty nice ??

Downloading a book off a app "is way better" then just getting one from the store, library or off a website!

I had purchases on two different accounts, not realizing the account I had it linked to during purchasing. Its awesome to be able to switch between the two google accounts to access these different books.

These are absolutely great!!

Its too bad apple wont let us purchase books of the app.

Totally unfriendly app when compared to iBooks. Impossible to navigate. Will try to read the title I purchased and will not buy another.
